Frederick the Great of Prussia (Limited Edition)

Frederick the Great of Prussia (Limited Edition) (Ref: Fred2)
Bronze. Frederick II - born January 24, 1712 died August 17, 1786 - was King of Prussia (1740-1786) from the Hohenzollern dynasty. In his role as a prince-elector of the Holy Roman Empire, he was Frederick IV (Friedrich IV.) of Brandenburg. He became known as Frederick the Great (Friedrich der Große) and was nicknamed der alte Fritz ("Old Fritz"). This cold cast bronze is a limited edition copy of a German Victorian bronze. The statue is 10" (250mm) high on a mahogany base showing his coat of arms. Limited to just 25 with a certificate of authenticity. The bronze shows him during the period of the 7 Years War. It weighs 3.5kgs. A truly stunning bronze statue. 4" x 10" (102mm x 254mm)
