Description: The Chipmunk Adventure is a hugely popular animation feature released in 1987. The Chipmunks first appeared in 1958 and was a very popular TV series shown in over 80 countries. This is an original hand painted production cel, with a colour reproduction background signed by Ros Bagdasarian Jnr., son of the Chipmunk's creator Ross Snr. who died in 1977. This cel depicts Chippettes Eleanor, Brittany and Jeanette under water fighting a shark while looking for treasure in a sunken galleon.
