Published & edited by Russ Cochran, artists: Johnny Craig, John Severin & Reed Crandall. Gemstone, 1995. Extra! Annual No.1 collects all five issues from the EC/ Cochran series. With the introduction of the Comic-Code (1955), horror and crime titles were no longer permitted & EC countered with a range of unusual/ alternative New-Direction titles. As the title suggests, Extra! features stories of the adventuresome newspaper journalists of old.

The lead stories & covers were supplied by Johnny Craig, who also edited the series. The remaining artwork came from the capable hands of John Severin & Reed Crandall. A convenient way to read and keep EC's adventure classics. Soft Cover Full Colour
