Weird Fantasy Annual 2 (issues 6 - 10) Harvey Kurtzman, Wally Wood, Jack Kamen, Al Feldstein, Marty Elkin. Gemstone, 1996. Weird Fantasy Annual No.2 collects #6-10 from the EC/ Russ Cochran series. The artwork was supplied by Harvey Kurtzman, Wally Wood, Jack Kamen & Al Feldstein, who drew all the early covers, in addition. Harvey Kurtzman was now editing Two Fisted Tales & was soon superseded, initially by George Roussos, later by Joe Orlando, very much in the Wally Wood school of illustration.

Weird Fantasy Annual 3 (issues 11 - 14) Wally Wood, Jack Kamen, Joe Orlando & Al Feldstein. Gemstone, 1997. Weird Fantasy Annual No.3 collects #11-14 from the EC/ Russ Cochran series. The artwork was supplied by Wally Wood, Jack Kamen, Joe Orlando & Al Feldstein. Feldstein was now heavily involved, editing several EC titles & his art & covers were phased out, leaving just his superlative writing skills on display. In compensation, Issues #11-13 feature two stories per issue from Wally Wood, famed for his intricate spaceship interiors & beautiful females.
Issue #14 has the groundbreaking Mad Journey, ostensibly by Al Williamson but now recognised as inked in part by the redoubtable Frank Frazetta. Williamson would continue to use accomplished friends as assistants and his stories became a feature of the S-F titles. Home To Stay (Weird Fantasy #13) proved an unauthorised adaptation of the renowned Ray Bradbury and his stories would also feature strongly. Soft Cover Full Colour

Weird Fantasy Annual No.4 collects #15-18 from the EC/ Russ Cochran series. The artwork was supplied by Wally Wood, Al Williamson, Jack Kamen & Joe Orlando, edited & written by Al Feldstein. Williamson was now the favoured artist but his continual struggle to meet deadlines, required uncredited assistance of such notable artists as Angelo Torres, Roy Krenkel & Frank Frazetta.

Weird Fantasy #21 featured one of the few covers that Al Williamson drew for EC, again inked by Frank Frazetta. Weird Fantasy #22 replaced Williamson, with Reed Crandall's beautiful version of Ray Bradbury's The Silent Towns.
The penciller & inking team John Severin & Will Elder, introduced during this period, were also a welcome addition.
