A superb quality reprinting of three of Carl Barks' Uncle Scrooge stories. These entail Christmas On Bear Mountain, the first appearance of Scrooge, from the Comic book Donald Duck four-color #178, plus reprintings of Uncle Scrooge's Christmas Carol & Uncle Scrooge & The Lemonade King.

The latter two were originally Whitman book edition & are now highly sought after. There is also text commentary by Barks scholar Geoffrey Blum, with examples of Barks famous oil painting of Scrooge.
